Getting started is easy! Fill out our contact form, or give us a call to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss your vision and preferences for your wedding flowers and provide you with a custom proposal.
Ideally, 4-6 months out from your event, however, the sooner the better.

Yes! All conditions will be discussed and taken into consideration to ensure your religious needs are met.
Yes, due to limited staff, our current infrastructure only allows for us to provide for no more than two events in a day; this also ensures our client's quality.
We ask for two meetings: one meeting before we provide you with a proposal and the second meeting leading up to event day to confirm all the details.
Yes, we can provide a mockup or sample of the floral designs upon request and for a fee. Depending on the type of arrangement you are seeking, we will typically charge 30% of its original price. This can be helpful for those who want to ensure that we are aligned in our vision.
Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for wedding flowers. We require that our team will deliver and set up the flowers at the ceremony and reception locations on the day of your wedding.
We recommend you take your flowers! They are yours to keep, however, we do take back all hardgoods; i.e., vases candles, candles, candelabras, and other items that are rented and property of Gather &Bloom.
Since we are event florists, we invest in higher quality vases and rent them out at events, allowing you to get a better quality vase at an affordable price. We will re-collect all vases at the end of your event.
We charge based on the type and amount of flowers utilized, as well as for the labor needed to conduct the arrangement and setup.
You can pay directly on our proposal using credit card. We also accept Zelle, Vemno, check or cash.
