For most couples, this is their first time planning a wedding, and it can be very stressful! Having access to a wedding planner will alleviate a lot of unnecessary time researching where to begin, how much everything costs, and how to choose the right venue and vendors.

There are also logistical issues (such as the timeline, hidden fees, setup and breakdown details, etc.) that couples often overlook and could lead to catastrophe the day of!

Our mission is to be your mentor and to take care of all of these concerns. We will save you time and give you the peace of mind you deserve so you can enjoy your day!

A venue event coordinator and a wedding planner are two very different things. While there is some overlap in the tasks they perform, there is still an added value to having both working together that day.

Venue event coordinators often manage multiple events in one day, but your wedding planner only has one focus - YOU! The wedding planner will style and decorate according to your vision, and make executive decisions on your behalf based on the relationship you have built during pre-wedding meetings. 

Also, venue coordinators will typically coordinate only the venue staff. However, your wedding planner will oversee all vendors and work together with the venue coordinator to ensure execution of timeline.

Yes! We specialize in weddings, but we do enjoy planning and styling showers, birthdays, sweet sixteens, kids parties, quinceañeras, corporate holiday events, and any special occasion in need of our services.

We only coordinate one wedding or event per day, so we can give our full attention to your special occasion!

Once you've booked our event or wedding planning services, you have unlimited email/text/talk support up until your event! We answer questions within 48 hours during our business hours (Mon-Fri 10 am - 7 pm, and by appointment on the weekends).

For quick questions and replies, text is best. If you have multiple questions or long requests, please send them via email so it's easier for us to keep track of, and we will respond within 48 business hours. 

Absolutely! The wedding planner you’ve contracted with will personally attend your event, along with at least one assistant. We require more assistants for an additional fee should you have multiple locations, or a larger guest count.

All event/wedding planners and assistants will wear professional black attire.

Since our team typically works over 10-14 hours on events and wedding days, we require vendor meals to be provided to ensure we remain on site at all hours throughout the event.

Also, we are there to do a professional job and will absolutely not drink alcohol or join your guests in the bar or on the dance floor.

We charge a flat rate for our customized wedding planning service. A retainer fee of 20% is required to secure our wedding planner services. A fee schedule will be tailored to your needs prior to signing a contract.

We have coordinated all sizes of weddings from an intimate amount of 20 to over 200 guests.

Some vendors will give the option of either a commission/kickback to the planner or to provide the discount to the client. We prefer to extend the discount to the client! You are already paying for our planning fees, you might as well benefit in the investment!

Yes, we can assist with locating the ideal caterer for your religious beliefs.
