It all started with a love of bringing people together. Gather & Bloom, formerly known as Villa Lucia Events, was an event planning company.
With time, Diana discovered she had a growing passion for design and a knack for florals.
She attended floral workshops and classes with a fellow industry professional and future employee, Rene, where she learned all of the flowers in less than a month.
Then, COVID-19 hit. Despite the setbacks. she saw opportunity and was proposed with the chance to take over a floral company's book of business.
With over 300 events under their belt, Diana and Rene consider themselves to be "flower soulmates". Their passion and excitement for the industry radiates throughout the rest of the team.

Our Story
The positive energy we bring to work every day is reflected in the beautiful floral arrangements we create.
We are a team of go-getters who get excited by our work, and and we never shy away from a challenge. Our creativity is fueled by our love for "cafecito", which we drink around the clock. You could say it is the secret ingredient in all our designs!
But it is not all work for us; we love to chat about the stories that shaped us into the people we are today. Many of us come from families who fled Cuba's dictatorship, and those experiences defined our characters and influence our work.
When we see the joy and happiness our floral designs bring to our clients, it makes all the hard work worth it. Despite the challenges we've faced, we are a happy bunch who loves this company and what it stands for.
